📋 In plain terms. Buyers pay for a placement; publishers publish it. We hold the money in the middle until a live link is confirmed, keep both sides anonymous, and step in if something goes wrong.
1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or listing a website on LinkExpo.io, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use LinkExpo on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. What LinkExpo does
LinkExpo is a marketplace and intermediary. We connect buyers seeking guest post placements with publishers who own websites willing to publish them.
- We list publisher sites with their metrics and prices.
- We collect payment from buyers and hold it until delivery is confirmed.
- We pass buyer content to publishers without revealing either party's identity.
- We verify live links and release publisher payouts.
We are not the author of buyer content, and we do not own or control publisher websites.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@linkexpo.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person or business should not operate multiple accounts to manipulate listings, reviews or pricing.
4. Buyer terms
Placing an order
- Listing details (niche, DA, DR, traffic, turnaround, price) are shown before you order. The full domain is revealed once your order is confirmed.
- You submit your own content, target URL and anchor text. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality and originality.
- Prices shown are the full amount payable. No service fee is added at checkout.
What you can expect
- Publication within the turnaround window stated on the listing.
- A live URL delivered to you once the post is published and verified.
- Links of the type stated on the listing (do-follow or no-follow).
⚠️ We do not guarantee SEO outcomes. No one can promise rankings, traffic increases or that search engines will treat a link a particular way. You order a placement, not a ranking result.
5. Publisher terms
Listing your site
- You must own or be authorised to publish on any site you list.
- Metrics you submit must be accurate. We verify submissions before approval and may reject or remove listings with misrepresented data.
- All listings require LinkExpo approval before appearing on the marketplace.
- You set your own price. That price is what you receive — no commission is deducted from it.
Fulfilling orders
- Publish accepted content within your stated turnaround window.
- Submit the live URL through your dashboard to trigger your payout.
- Keep links live for the agreed period. Listings marked permanent are expected to remain live indefinitely.
- Do not add no-follow, no-index, or remove the link on a listing sold as do-follow and permanent.
- Do not alter the buyer's target URL or anchor text.
Repeated late delivery, link removal or metric misrepresentation may result in listings being paused or the account being closed.
6. Pricing, payment and payouts
- Buyers pay the listed price per placement at checkout. Funds are held rather than passed straight to the publisher.
- Publishers receive exactly the price they set. LinkExpo's earnings come from a margin added on top for the buyer, never deducted from the publisher.
- Payouts are released within 3 business days of a live link being submitted and verified.
- Prices may be updated by publishers at any time, but orders already placed remain at the agreed price.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to you in your own jurisdiction.
7. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are not permitted on LinkExpo, whether in submitted content or listed sites:
- Illegal activity, or content promoting it
- Adult, sexually explicit or exploitative material
- Content that sexualises or endangers minors
- Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence
- Malware, phishing, or deceptive download links
- Fraudulent financial schemes, fake investment offers or scams
- Counterfeit goods or pirated material
- Plagiarised content, or content you do not have the rights to publish
- Misleading medical or health claims that could cause harm
We may reject, remove or refuse to publish any content or listing at our discretion, and may cancel affected orders.
8. Anonymity and no direct contact
🔒 Anonymity protects both sides and keeps the escrow meaningful.
- Buyers and publishers must not attempt to identify or contact each other directly.
- Do not embed contact details, company names or identifying information in submitted content with the intent of bypassing the platform.
- Attempting to take a transaction off-platform after being matched through LinkExpo is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeited payouts.
9. Intellectual property
- You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting it, you grant the publisher and LinkExpo the licence needed to publish and display it.
- You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you submit, including images.
- The LinkExpo name, branding and platform are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.
- If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@linkexpo.io with details and we will investigate.
10. Disputes between users
If an order goes wrong — content not published, published incorrectly, or a link removed early — contact support with the order ID. Because funds are held in escrow until delivery is verified, we can usually resolve the issue by arranging republication, a replacement placement or a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Our decision in a dispute is based on the order record, the delivery window and the state of the published link.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that:
- Breaches these terms or the prohibited content rules
- Misrepresents site metrics or ownership
- Attempts to bypass the platform or contact the other party directly
- Engages in fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks made in bad faith
You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Orders already in progress must be completed or resolved first.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that:
- Any placement will produce SEO, ranking or traffic results
- Third-party metrics such as DA or DR are accurate — these are estimates produced by external tools, not by us or by search engines
- The site will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any publisher site will remain online indefinitely
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkExpo's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost rankings, lost traffic or lost business opportunities.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The "last updated" date shows the most recent revision. Continuing to use LinkExpo after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. For significant changes we will notify registered users by email.
15. Contact
