1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or placing an order on LinkExpo.io, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, publishers, and users of the platform.

2. Marketplace Ecosystem & Service Description

LinkExpo.io operates as a secure intermediary marketplace connecting independent website owners (Publishers) with digital marketers and businesses (Buyers) seeking guest posting and contextual backlink placement services. LinkExpo.io does not directly own, control, or maintain the independent publisher websites listed in our database.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Publishing Guidelines

All articles, anchor texts, and target URLs submitted by Buyers must comply with the following structural rules:

• Content must be unique, grammatically correct, and informative.
• Content must not contain or promote adult material, gambling (unless pre-approved), hate speech, illegal activities, or copyright infringement.
• Publishers reserve the right to reject content that does not match their website's editorial standards or quality profile.

5. Financial Transactions and Escrow Policy

To maintain absolute transaction security, LinkExpo.io utilizes a strict Escrow payment protection protocol:

• Buyer Protection: Funds deposited for an order are securely held in Escrow by LinkExpo.io. The payment is only released to the Publisher after the live, contextual backlink is fully verified by our automated system or manual review.
• Publisher Security: Once an order is successfully approved and published according to guidelines, payment will be credited to the Publisher's wallet balance for withdrawal.
• Refunds: If a Publisher fails to deliver the live link within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT) or rejects the assignment, the full payment amount is instantly refunded back to the Buyer's platform balance.

6. Link Permanency and Deletion Warranty

All guest posts and contextual backlinks purchased through LinkExpo.io are structural assets intended to be permanent. Publishers agree to maintain the live link for an absolute minimum duration of 12 months from the publication date. If a link is prematurely deleted or changed to 'No-Follow', the Buyer is entitled to report the violation for compensation or wallet credit under our extended service warranty.

7. Direct Communication and Platform Circumvention Policy

To protect the integrity of our curated database and outreach efforts, Buyers and Publishers are strictly prohibited from bypassing LinkExpo.io. You agree not to solicit, negotiate, or complete transactions directly outside the platform using information discovered on LinkExpo.io (such as partially obscured or fully revealed domain configurations). Violating this anti-circumvention policy will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of remaining balances.

8. Limitation of Liability

LinkExpo.io shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our marketplace, including but not limited to search engine ranking drops, indexing delays, or individual webmaster updates on publisher platforms.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any given time. Any structural changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of the platform following updates constitutes formal acceptance of the revised terms.
