Problems with a live order
Before you write
These come up a lot, and the answer might save you a wait:
- Where's my live link? Check your buyer dashboard — the URL appears there as soon as the publisher submits it.
- Why is the site name hidden? Domains are masked until an order is confirmed, to protect our publisher network. See the FAQ on the home page.
- How do I get a refund? Email us with your order ID — the full process is in our Refund Policy.
- When do I get paid? Within 3 business days of submitting a verified live link.
- Can I contact the buyer/publisher directly? No — that's by design. Everything routes through us, which is what makes the escrow work.
🔒 A note on privacy. If you're writing about an order, don't include the other party's details even if you think you know them — we'll look everything up from the order ID.
